Volunteer Gardening Assistant

We are looking for a garden support volunteer, to assist with light gardening duties when our gardener is not on duty. You would not be required to mow the lawn or use any heavy machinery.

If you have any repair skills, that would be a bonus, as from time to time we need help with small DIY jobs in the office. The number of hours to be worked will be agreed with the volunteer.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Watering and feeding plants, trees, and shrubs.

• Hand weeding and cutting back the flower and shrub borders and hedging.

• Maintaining good access e.g., path maintenance.

• General help around the office with small DIY jobs.

The place of work will be Calibre Audio Head Offices in Weston Turville. Skills required for the post include relatively good physical fitness, good communication skills and the ability to work independently. An interest in and commitment to the work of the Charity would be beneficial.
