Calibre Audio receives no government funding and we rely on the generosity of people like you to fund our running costs. Every year we need to raise almost £1.5 million to deliver our audiobook service and would not be able to do this without the generosity of the individuals, trusts and companies who support us. We really couldn’t do this without you.
Each time I listen to a book I think of all the kind people who make the service possible. Without them my life would be impossible. Sheila from Wiltshire.

Sponsor a Book
£250 sponsors a new book for the library. You can choose what type of book you want to sponsor: fiction, travel, sport etc. We can also add a dedication to the recording if you wish.
Please contact us on 01296 432 339 for more information.
Audio Checkers
Do you enjoy listening to audiobooks or know someone who does?
It is also important that checkers can complete a checking form and relate back to us any problems on the recording.
Distance from Calibre is not an issue as we are able to send the recordings free of postage using ‘Articles for the Blind’ labels.
Please contact Denise James, our Editorial Coordinator, on 01296 432 339 if you would like to become involved.
